AZULES

“The big blue through my hands. My sensitivity to its beauty.
Azules, started in 2021, is a series nourished both by my travels, my passion for the oceans and above all by my desire to raise awareness of its preservation.
So I set off freediving with brushes, knives, paints, glue, sand, paper and even recovered nets and ropes. With these tools and materials, I released all my energy to depict a life on and under water.
I studied through AZULES, the entire palette of blues, by combining the material, with oil, acrylic or by creating my own blues with pigments.
Through this pleasure of painting these blue spaces in realistic and abstract compositions at the same time, I wanted to leave a trace of their beauty despite their degradation that we know today.
AZULES is a very special dedication to all lovers of the blue planet and all the people who fight for its survival.
